The best way to spread springtime cheer is enjoying the sunshine with an ice-cold beer. Warm weather is here again, and we’re more than ready for it. This April, we’re celebrating the return of the Royals, watching basketball galore and gathering with friends and family for boozy brunches and Easter dinners. What do you have planned for April? Wining Down on Easter Sunday
First and foremost, we – and we cannot stress this enough – are closed on Easter. It is one of the only days we shut the store down completely, so please plan your Brown Bag trips accordingly. You don’t want to be the only bunny without their hops on Easter 😉
After a long day of church services, egg hunts and more, it’s nice to unwind with an Easter meal complemented by only the finest red and white wines. For reds, we recommend pairing your Easter brunch or dinner with Meiomi Pinot Noir, a light-bodied and earthy wine that goes great with any dish.
If white wine is more of your Easter vibe, we recommend trying our product of the month, Kim Crawford Illuminate Sauvignon Blanc. It’s everything you love about Kim Crawford, but only 70 calories. Kimmy C’s Spring Fling
4 oz. Rieger’s gin
3 oz. St. Germain
4 oz. Sauvignon Blanc Illuminate Sauv Blanc
1 tbsp. colored luster dust
Stir together gin, St. Germain, Sauvignon Blanc, and luster dust in a large glass filled with ice. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
