Shots! Shots! Shots! Featuring our Baileys cocktail of the month
If you’re looking for a sweet and sugary way to kick off your Valentine’s Day, look no further than the Brown Bag Chocolate Shot, our February Cocktail of the Month. It’s perfect for a quick and concentrated burst of sweetness. To make it, you’ll pour 1 fluid ounce (30 ml) of Trader Vic’s Chocolate Liqueur into a shot glass. Then, pour 0.5 fluid ounces (15 ml) of Baileys Strawberries and Cream over the top until you reach the rim, and top with whipped cream. For the uninitiated, Baileys Strawberries and Cream is a fruity twist on the Original Irish Cream classic with a delicious taste of strawberry and vanilla. It can be enjoyed as a colada or as a mousse dessert, but for Valentine’s Day we definitely recommend it in shooter form.
For those who need to take their shots to-go this Valentine’s Day, you can’t go wrong with Buttery Nipple shots by Twisted Shotz. Another must-try wine on Valentine’s Day is Love Noir Pinot Noir. Like its name suggests, the dark cherry notes and silky finish of the Love Noir Pinot Noir make for quite the aphrodisiac. We recommend serving it over ice.
